What happens if nobody is home?
Gifts are delivered via Australia Post or Sendle, so you can choose a business address or residential address. If you’re not sure if anyone will be home, you can give the carrier instructions to leave the gift in a safe location, however, if it’s not possible to leave the gift somewhere safe at the delivery location, a card will be left with instructions on how to collect or have the gift redelivered.Can I track my delivery? -
