We want to make your experience with The Lux Hampers & Co as smooth as possible, so we have two very simple and appealing options for shipping.

Our standard delivery is completely FREE within Australia. If you live in the Melbourne metro area - and purchase by 12 noon - then delivery will be in the next 2 business days.

Alternatively, for $25.99 per hamper you can enjoy the confidence and speed of express mail by Australia Post. For orders over 10 hampers please email our team.  (please check the Australia Post website for up to date information)

Preferred Date Delivery

• Delivery on your requested day is available for Melbourne metro only (please send us a message if you are unsure)
• Delivery for your preferred date is $25.99 - please use the express post option to avail of this service.

 

Can I Change or Correct an address after I have placed an order?

Customers are solely responsible for making sure the address they enter when placing their order is correct, complete, and accurate at all times; this includes unit numbers, business names, and phone numbers. Customers are also responsible for reviewing their receipt to make sure the address they've submitted is correct before the order has been shipped. As the seller/merchant, we can only ship orders to the address customers provide.

Wll the product I ordered look exactly like the image on the website?

If we realize a product you've ordered is out of stock or unavailable, the item(s) will be substituted with a similar item(s) of equal or greater value; doing so ensures that your order is still delivered in a timely manner. Please understand that the utmost care and attention is given to orders to ensure they are as similar as possible to the one placed, despite the adjustments made.

Substitutions are actually quite common within the gifting and gift basket industry, as products are constantly fluctuating on an ongoing basis after product details and photos have been published on our website. 

Due to the high volume of orders being processed, we are not always able to contact customers ahead of time to advise them about substitutions.

Whichever option you choose you can be confident that your hampers will receive the full "white glove" level of care and attention. We're not called Lux for nothing.

Can my hamper be delivered to a PO Box or Parcel Locker?

Our couriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Please provide a complete residential or business address when placing your order so we can dispatch your hamper promptly and avoid delivery delays.

What if my hamper arrives later than expected?

At The Lux Hampers & Co., we take pride in preparing your hamper with care and work efficiently to dispatch it to you or your recipient as soon as possible. However, delivery timeframes are estimates, and unexpected circumstances such as severe weather, road disruptions or courier delays may affect its arrival. If a delay occurs, we’ll do our best to assist and keep you informed. Delivery may also be delayed if the recipient is unavailable, access is restricted, the address is incorrect, there is no safe place to leave the hamper, or suitable parking is unavailable. Shipping charges are not refundable when delivery is affected by these circumstances.

DELIVERY TIME ESTIMATES

The days quoted below are business days. "Dispatch" days are business days Monday to Friday. Orders received before 2 pm Monday to Friday will be dispatched that day. Orders received on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day. (Peak Season exceptions apply)
